Here is a football-inspired crossfit style workout that can be performed on a bare floor with proper footwear.
- Ball Squats - 50
- Push Ups - 30
- Football Run - run in a spot double time counting to 30
- Tire Run - imagine 8 tires lying on the floor in front of you in pairs, run through them lifting your knees and taking wide hopping steps - 15 times
Perform the entire sequence 3 times as fast as possible, timing yourself with a digital clock stopwatch or any other type of time keeper. Record your time, try to beat it next time.
