MOVE IT MONDAY: Hey Baby by Pitbull (Jumping Jacks, great beat) | Tricep Dips on your office chair (unless it is on wheels, then use the second stair) | 20 Lunges, each leg | Side Bends, S T R E T C H, make it last, feel good | 20 Parallel Shoulder Thrusts | 2 Minute Plank, can you do 2 minutes?

TWISTER TUESDAY: Jumping Jacks to "No Americano" by Yolanda Be Cool & DCup inspired by Trisha Gilroy | 29 Crunches | 10 Push Ups | 2 Minute Stair Runs | 10 Burpees & REPEAT (cuz it's fun!)

WICKED WEDNESDAY: "What You Want to Do" by Nelly Furtado | 50 Jumping Jacks | 10 Push Ups & then 2 more! | 30 Crunches & then 2 more! | 25 Squats & then 2 more!

TORNADO THURSDAY:  "Last Caress" by Metallica | Jumping Jacks (of course, the whole song) | 30 Tricep Dips & then 2 more because today you feel STRONG!

FUNHOUSE FRIDAY: Skip to "Raise your Glass" by Pink | 10 Crunches | 10 Push Ups | 20 Squats | 5 Burpees | 10 Crunches | 10 Jumping Jacks | 10 Push Ups | 20 Squats | 5 Burpees and then do 2 more!
